Ingredients:
6 Peppers (cut off top and bottom but save for recipe)
1 pound ground turkey
1 cup cooked quinoa
1/2 large onion
2 cups tomato sauce
11/2 tsp. garlic salt
21/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. chili powder
black pepper
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Saute turkey over medium heat in a saucepan. Chop pepper ends and onion. Saute in another pan adding ingredients except quinoa.
Combine vegetables with cooked turkey & quinoa. Stuff mixture evenly into peppers and place them on baking sheet.
Bake for 30 minutes.
