Turkey Patties

  • 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

  • ½ teaspoon of salt

  • 1 teaspoon spice seasoning

  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

  • 1 teaspoon mustard powder

  • 1 teaspoon Tabasco

  • 2 tablespoons chopped onion

  • 1 pound low fat ground turkey meat


  • Preparation:
    1. In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients until mixed well. Use ice cream scoop or ½ cup measure to make 4 equal-size patties.
    2. Put patties on broiler or pan lined with foil and sprayed with cooking spray. Broil patties for 5 to 6 minutes on each side or until done.
